Krishna Bamne - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Krishna Bamne is the founder and chief executive officer of BoldMAC Ltd. Krishna founded this company in 2023. In this role he is advocating to enhance company operations and promote a customer-focused mindset throughout the organization. He is developing a proficient and knowledgeable workforce to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in automation technologies.
Prior to BoldMAC, Krishna led DCS execution of mega project for Emerson’s Automation Solutions Calgary. In this role, which began in May 2010, Krishna was responsible for leading control strategies, proposing technologies and innovations for mega establishments in Alberta’s oil and gas sector such as Kearl Oil Sands I & II, Northwest Redwater, Interpipeline Ltd.
Krishna began his career at Emerson Pune in 2006 as an Sr. System Engineer. He worked in multiple disciplines of increasing responsibility before being transfer to Emerson Calgary office. He has participated and led multiple projects (Batch, Continuous, Migration and Upgrade) through feed phase to the commissioning and start-up.
Krishna has worked with major EPC’s like Linde, Tecnimont, Technip, Fluor and Worley for the projects in Middle-East, Africa, Europe and North America. Project like Qatar Chemicals – II, Rashpetco - Rashid Petroleum, Braskem Ethylene XXI, Marathon Oil ad Cargill.
In 2018, he moved to the role of Team Lead for the engineering team at Emerson Calgary, which he held until 2023. He was responsible for Technical Leadership, People Leadership and Resourcing. He also worked with centers senior management to develop new skill and prepare the center for diverse portfolios and sustainability.
Krishna started his professional career with Bayer CropScience as a maintenance Engineer before joining Emerson.
Krishna volunteers with community organization as a mentor for newcomers to Canada, LGBTQ+ groups. Krishna is fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English and has lived and worked in India, Doha, Italy, Calgary and Costa Rica.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering from the University of North Maharashtra India.
Apan Patel (DCS Specialist)
Apan is the DCS Specialist at Boldmac Ltd. In his role he is responsible for DCS database and graphics configuration both in iFix and HTML environment. He has successfully completed the DeltaV virtualization scope. Has been performing DeltaV DCS system weekly and monthly maintenance activities. Control Logic configuration, testing and troubleshooting for an MOC work. Troubleshooting trips and help operations run their plant efficiently.
Apan has experience of designing DeltaV Batch components such as Phase,
EM, and recipe, testing of S88 Batch standard software for DeltaV, working in a GMP/GAMP environment and ability to work on the documentation.
Apan hold process modelling experience using Aspen Hysys and Aspen plus.
He has a Masters degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary Canada.
Nikunj Dobariya (DCS Specialist)
Nikunj as the DCS Specialist at Boldmac Ltd. holds the responsibility of DCS database and graphics configuration both in iFix and HTML environment. He has successfully completed the DeltaV virtualization scope. Has been performing DeltaV DCS system weekly and monthly maintenance activities. Control Logic configuration, testing and troubleshooting for an MOC work. Nikunj hold an rich experience of Alarm Management tools and Virtualization tools.
Nikunj has the ability to become a go to person for our customers with his communication skills and accommodating abilities.
Nikunj hold process modelling experience using Aspen Hysys and Aspen plus.
He has a Masters degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary Canada.
Smita Ropalekar (DCS Specialist)
Smita is the DCS Specialist at Boldmac Ltd. In her role she is responsible for DCS database and graphics configuration both in iFix and HTML environment.
At BoldMAC, she drives transformational change internally by evaluating, improving and maintaining the project execution strategy and specification that help our customers on standardization and faster project execution.
She has experience of designing DeltaV Batch components such as Phase,
EM, and recipe, testing of S88 Batch standard software for DeltaV, working in a GMP/GAMP environment and ability to work on the documentation.
Smita holds an additional responsibility of training our internal team for the latest available technology.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Tele Communication Engineering from the University of North Maharashtra India.
Rakesh G (DCS Technical Lead)
Ramesh offers 9 years of industry experience, specializing in the maintenance, design development and implementation of Process Control systems (DCS).
With 03 years of project/technical lead for DeltaV™ software programming batch and continuous projects. Has experience of analyzing complex Critical process requirement and providing technical solution for designing DeltaV™ software and operator interface graphics. Has developed process and control strategies for DeltaV™ DCS library.
Has hosted DCS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & DCS site commissioning activities -control room set up, loop-check to start up.
Has generated test procedures, progress reports, delivery notes to maintained project documentation cycle. 2 years of coordination, planning and scheduling experience for local and remote team of 8 to 12 personals.
He has worked on project proposal activities like input document review, RFQ review for quality, quantity & risk analysis. Techno commercial comparison for software hardware requirements.
Girish Pant (DCS Technical Lead)
Girish offers 15+ years of experience in design and commissioning of DeltaV System with expertise in Batch ISA-88 standard especially for pharma validation projects.
Commissioning and validation support for DeltaV Distributed Control System.
Recipe Authoring Experience on SYNCADE MES (ISA-95)
Worked on different North American Projects as a Lead Engineer responsible for control system design, implementation, and delivery to site. Proficient in collaborating with clients and contractors to meet or exceed design, quality, timeline, and budget limitations.
